The following are the process and procedures for Cheyney University Fall 2020 Registration and MOVE-In Process.

*Note: Fall 2020 Registration and MOVE-In Process will begin in the Airport Parking Lot for all Fall 2020 (new, returning and transfer) students. Please, do not attempt to enter the Cheyney University campus first.

The following is what we would like for you to do to make the Fall 2020 Registration a smooth and fun experience for all: • Students and their parent (s) will pull into the Airport Parking

Lot. • Cars will be staged in three (3) rows: Each car once parked occupants will have: 1. Give their name and CU ID# 2. Student and car occupant’s temperature taken by CU Staff 3. Student and visitor’s temperature must not exceed 100.4 4. If either the student or visitor’s temperature exceed 100.4 the driver of the vehicle will be asked to move the vehicle to a designated location within the Airport Parking Lot and the occupant’s temperatures will be taken two (2) additional times during the next hour 5. If the occupant’s temperature does not fall within the desired range 100.4 they will be asked to leave the Airport Parking Lot and to arrange an appointment with their personal physician and then come back to CU with a doctor’s note stating that they are Negative for the Coronavirus

6. The student and the parent will be given instructions how / to arrange an appointment to return to CU or how to complete the registration process online with a member of the CU staff. Each Non-Cleared Student will be assigned a Registration Location for those who have outstanding issues with (a) Financial Aid, (b) Bursar, (c) Admissions and (d) Registrar will be assigned either Marian Anderson or Marcus Foster Registration locations based upon the first letter of their last name: 1. Marian Anderson: A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K and L 2. Marcus Foster: M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y and Z

Cleared students will be given the CU Wolf-Head with CLEARED stamped will be allowed to proceed towards LLC/New Residence. Students must present the CU Wolf-Head to CU Public Safety in order to gain access to Alumni Drive to receive their Housing Assignment at LLC/New Residence.

Move-In begins at 9:00am and will conclude at 4:00pm each day. 1. Students are permitted only 2 helpers assist them moving in. 2. Students have 30-Minutes Drop&GO to Move-In to the residence hall. 3. Students will be provided materials to help them move into the residence hall (Moving baskets etc.) 4. It is MANDATORY for Students and ONLY 2 Helpers to wear face masks.
