Council mulls name change for open space area

Town Council votes to amend deal for pool dome construction By Jeff Gebeau The Cheshire Citizen

At its Dec. 9 meeting, the Town Council voted 6-2 to amend Cheshire’s agreement with Arizon Cos., the St. Louis-based firm selected to design and build a permanent cover for the community

pool, to allow it to handle design and construction for all components of the project at a cost of $3,129,000. Councilors also approved the design and budget for the project submitted by the company. Republican Councilors Rob Oris, Sylvia Nichols, and Chairman Timothy P. Slocum
