Take Control of Your Ageing and Programme Your Health
At Chenot, we no longer talk about lifespan, we talk about healthspanthe desire to stay fit and healthy for as long as possible as we age. The concept and understanding of ageing is currently undergoing rapid advancements in medical and biotechnology research and if we can unlock this big picture of our health, we may be able to age slower, avoiding disease and functional decline over time. In addition to our chronological age there is also our biological age, which reflects our cellular and metabolic age. Our biological age is not fixed and does not have to progress in one direction only. It is malleable as it can be increased or decreased based on our daily living, life events and lifestyle choices.
Biological Ageing
This can now be checked at the molecular level by monitoring the activity of specific genes. We should make our mission to secure our Health Wellness and live longer and healthier than ever. Undesired gene activity is the root cause of fast ageing and premature age-related chronic diseases, which are ultimately affecting our healthspan and overall well-being. By analysing our gene activity, we can then apply tailor-made treatment protocols with natural senolytic phytonutrients that will slow down the rate of our biological age. Our aim is to empower our guests to make meaningful changes and secure their optimal health.
Gene Expression
The Barometer of Your Future Health: mRNA-based Molecular Tests
How it Works By performing gene expression analysis for certain genes, we are able to pre-screen at molecular level for diseases that may arise later in life and most importantly, we are able to monitor the changes for these genes before and after specific treatment protocols.
STEP 1 SAMPLING A minimally invasive blood sample is taken. Medical scientists from our staff conduct quantitative, real-time PCR/gene expression analysis.
STEP 2 RESULTS & EVALUATION Gene expression profiling and comparison with Chenot’s gene expression database values is conducted.
With novel mRNA-based molecular tests performed in our state-of-the-art molecular laboratory, we quantify with incredible precision the relative expression/activity of important genes associated with the presence of silent inflammation, oxidative stress, hormonal imbalance, structural integrity of connective tissue and ageing. The results create your unique personalised picture at the molecular level on any given time. This accurate picture of your genes activity is your epigenetic profile - the barometer of your future health! These results will determine if something works well for you - or tells you years before onset if it could be the root cause of current or oncoming disease issues, so that you can take preventative measures. Your Chenot Medical Team will create your individualised treatment plans with natural senolytic phytonutrients, based on your molecular gene expression profile to target and build resilience to the onset of maladaptive symptoms and age-related diseases. Each individual is unique at the molecular level and should be treated as such.
STEP 3 CONSULTATION Expert advice is provided for meaningful, personalised lifestyle changes.
STEP 4 TREATMENT PLAN If needed, tailored made treatment protocols with Chenot’s natural, high-quality and high-potency senolytic phytonutrients are applied.

Molecular Biology
A Step Forward Led by Science Although DNA is invaluable for investigating heritable conditions, it does not reveal any information about the real-time functional status of a cell. DNA analysis provides a static picture about the genetic information that a cell/organism carries, but it does not quantify gene activity. Emerging research has shown that this can only be achieved most accurately by using the mRNA from blood samples and/or other biological fluids. Gene expression profiling through mRNA analysis is a step forward, since it determines quantitatively and with great accuracy gene activity. The methodology used to study the expression of genes is quantitative real-time PCR and it produces incredibly precise and reliable results from each individual’s gene activity.
