The programme begins with an initial medical consultation, during which your doctor assesses your current health status, defines personal objectives, and establishes clear targets.

A follow-up remote consultation after your stay ensures that all findings are reviewed and accompanied by tailored lifestyle optimisation recommendations.

Anti-inflammatory, Vegetarian

This diet is specifically designed to support health and reduce inflammation without overwhelmingmetabolic processes. It consists of whole foods-simple, organic, minimally processed ingredients that are locally sourced and seasonally appropriate.

The diet is vegetarian with anti-inflammatory properties, designed to minimise the intake of substances commonly found in animal fats, excessive proteins, high-calorie diets, and processed foods.

Nutrient-dense meals ensure digestive ease and promote hormonal balance, providing essential vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients.

The diet will be personalised, if necessary, based on your specific needs and the outcome of the initial medical consultation.

Within the diet, collagen peptides are provided daily to support connective tissue, skin integrity, and cellular regeneration from within.

This programme is designed as a focused health assessment and lifestyle optimisation experience. Over four full days, itcombines advanced diagnostics, targeted treatments, and performance-enhancing sessions to deliver a precise understanding of your biological age.

Supported by a balanced, anti-inflammatory, plantbased diet, the programme is ideal for those looking to gain clarity on their health status, fine-tune lifestyle choices, and receive science-based recommendations without undergoingdetoxification. Hydrotherapy is not included but may be added as an optional extra. 7

In contrast, the 7-night Advanced Detox is a comprehensive, six-day protocol centred on deep cellular detoxification. It follows the structured Chenot Detox Diet and includes a full suite of hydrotherapy and daily hydrotherapy treatments.

While diagnostic elements are present, the primary focus is on restoring cellular function, enhancing elimination pathways, and rebalancing the body’s internal systems. It is best suited for guests ready to undergo a full detox process, targeting both physiological renewal and metabolic reset.

Can this programme be combined with a core detox programme?

The Body Insights & Optimisation programme and Chenot’s detox programmes have distinct goals and physiological effects. Detox focuses on cellular cleansing through calorie restriction and autophagy, while Body Insights centres on assessment, performance, and lifestyle. Due to different dietary requirements, they must be done separately though they can be scheduled one after the other. We recommend starting with Body Insights, as its diagnostics are best conducted before the fasting-mimicking diet.

Who is this programme for?

No. This is a non-detox programme focused on lifestyle evaluation and optimisation. What happens after the programme?

Following your stay, a remote consultation will provide you with a comprehensive, personalised report including all diagnostic results and tailored medical recommendations a practical guide to help you continue improving your health and performance long after you leave.

Is the Functional diet difficult to follow?

Although it may seem differentfrom your usual routine, the Functional Diet is thoughtfully balanced and nutritionally rich. It’s designed to support metabolic health and optimise performance throughout the programme.

Each meal features simple, organic, and minimally processed plant-based ingredients that promote anti-inflammatory benefits and provide essential nutrients for digestive ease and mental clarity.

Can I do this programme more than once a year?
