Feeling good

SLEEP TIGHT Getting a good night’s sleep can be tricky at the best of times, but especially when you’re travelling and a new time zone or unfamiliar environment can throw your sleep cycle even further off track. With that in mind, the Langham Hospitality Group – which runs The Langham Hotels and Resorts, Cordis Hotels and the Chuan Spa brand – has teamed up with the World Sleep Society to create the programme Sleep Matters by Chuan. Expect a turndown kit with herbal tea, earplugs and cushioned sleep masks; a menu of wellness items, including a yoga mat, weighted blanket, pillow menu, whitenoise machine and lavender bath products; plus a Spotify playlist to aid relaxation. If you’re a spa-at-sea devotee, check out the new category of AquaClass staterooms on Celebrity Cruises’ new ship, Celebrity Beyond. They’re located near the spa and include verandas that feel like you’re walking right to the water’s edge, along with exclusive access to healthy restaurant Blu, a free fitness pass, spa concierge, special rates on more than 120 treatments and an in-room yoga mat (celebritycruises.com).

Moss have

Many of us have uncovered treasures hailing from closer to home over the past couple of years, and this spa brand, inspired by the wild beauty of Ireland and the British Isles, is no exception. Moss of the Isles is a vegan body and skincare brand founded on the belief that nature offers the best remedies, bringing together essential oils and natural extracts. Its products have been featured in some of the best spas and hotels around the world, including a recent partnership with The Berkeley in London. Choose from bath salts, body oils and salt scrubs to get your skin holiday-ready (from £25, mossoftheisles.com).
