In an urban environment like downtown Tallahassee, there is
a new interest in underutilized spaces like rooftop buildings.
Located at Tallahassee South Monroe Street, the project is built
on top of the old building where the Ameris Bank is currently
located.
We wanted to design a friendly place dedicated to productivity
and work. A new concept of “co-working space” and exhibition
space.
The design of THE INTERTWINE is made to create different
public spaces while challenging the traditional architecture of
Tallahassee buildings.
We offer three blocks, each with its own functionality. One
block is dedicated to collective space including a conference
room and a virtual reality room. Another block is more for art
exhibition and the lastly is for individual or group production and
exchange spaces, a place of work for both students and active
people.
