MEET J.R.
Since 1987, Charlotte County Habitat for Humanity has built over 500 homes thanks to many volunteers, donors and staff. We recently had the opportunity to re-connect with J.R. McMahan. In the early 2000’s J.R. was Charlotte County Habitat’s Construction Director and he was responsible for building homes #27 - 77. During his recent visit, he was amazed at the progress and proud of his early contributions. J.R. shared memories with Mike Mansfield, CEO and I. We were blessed to hear his stories and passion for helping others. We share that vision and invite you to "Be the ONE" to make a lasting difference like J.R. did by donating your time, talent or treasure. Our goal this year is to build 36 homes for qualified families in need and we can't do it without you. We look forward to you joining us.
