We would like for you to meet Caroline, Mia and Leo. They are just one of the 28 families who will become Habitat homeowners this fiscal year. Caroline didn’t expect to be a single parent and sole provider to her kids, but with a lot of faith and prayer they are making it work. Their dream is to lay down roots and have a home. Not a house with a landlord and an uncertain future, but a home, that is theirs, a forever home! This year we will celebrate our 25th Annual Turkey Trot with 800 of our closest friends on Thanksgiving morning! It’s because of every sponsor, every runner, every walker and every volunteer that we are able to make the American Dream of homeownership a reality for families in Charlotte County.
