We’ll promote very limited information along with the date the property is going live on the websites to create urgency. This is another technique to draw out the very best tenants rather than relying on the property websites like Rightmove.

While we’re dealing with enquiries from Facebook and our mailing list, we’re busy preparing the details and having great photos taken. We’ll also be getting the EPC and floorplan ready. You'll be amazed at the quality of our marketing material - making your property better than anything else in the price range. It’s really important to get this right and only launch when everything looks perfect.

As soon as you have reviewed and approved all the marketing material, we swing into action with our full marketing campaign. This includes online and in-branch advertising including window display in our local shop and on our own website, onthemarket and Rightmove. Your property will also be featured in our Chamberlains newspaper – the only property newspaper delivered free of charge to every home in the area, by the way! We will also email and contact matching tenants again, sending them the full details of your property and encouraging them to view. We'll also put up a ‘To Let’ board outside the property.

After we’ve done viewings, it's likely we will have a number of tenants who’d like to live in your property. We’ll ask them to fill in an application form and work out who is the most suitable, we will go through them with you. Once we have the very best tenant we’ll do all the necessary checks and prepare the tenancy agreement. When the move in day arrives, we’ll ensure that all of the regulations and legislation are complied with and the monies are in place. At that point we’ll hand over the keys and send the money to your account.

Now we’ve put the ideal tenant in your property, we’ll keep in regular contact with them and send you photographic inspection reports regularly so you can see your property is being looked after. We will be the main point of contact for your tenant, so you don’t have to worry about any issues or calls that could occur at any time. The rent money will be paid to you as soon as we receive it each month, along with a detailed statement. So, sit back, relax and let us look after your investment. You’re in safe hands.
