This is another technique to draw out waiting buyers rather than relying on the property websites like Rightmove. Don’t worry – we’ll make sure you’re on the list if you are looking to buy something as well.

While we’re dealing with enquiries from Facebook and our mailing list, we’re busy preparing the details and having beautiful photos taken by our professional photographers. We’ll also be getting the EPC and floorplan ready. You'll be amazed at the quality of our marketing material - better than anything else in the price range. It’s really important to get this right and only launch when everything looks perfect.

As soon as you have reviewed and approved all the marketing material, we swing into action with our full marketing campaign. This includes online and in-branch advertising including window display in our local shop and on our own website, onthemarket and Rightmove. Your property will also be featured in our Chamberlains newspaper – the only property newspaper delivered free of charge to every home in your area, by the way! We will also email and contact matching buyers again, sending them the full details of your property and put up a ‘For Sale’ board outside your property.
