MEET THIS WEEK’S VALUED TEAM MEMBER

This is my third year with CESA 7, where I serve as the Accounts Receivable and Invoicing Specialist My daily work revolves around managing our cash receipts and billing, ensuring that the financial side of our partnerships remain accurate and organized. I truly enjoy being part of a team that supports so many vital educational programs and I’ve valued the opportunity to grow alongside our agency over the past few years

One of the highlights of my time here has been spearheading the district contracts project. This was a major initiative for me, as I helped create and implement the process for how we handle these agreements My goal was to build a system that provides more clarity and consistency, not just for our internal staff, but specifically for the Superintendents, Principals, and Curriculum Directors who rely on us for seamless service delivery.

My favorite part of my job is getting to lean into my organization skills to create new efficiencies. I find a lot of "professional spark" in looking at a complex task and finding a way to set up a better, more streamlined process. Ultimately, I view my role as a way to make things easier for both our CESA 7 team and the school districts we serve; if I can make the administrative side of things more efficient, it allows all of us to stay focused on the success of our students and schools.
