Staff Showcase MEET THIS WEEK’S VALUED TEAM MEMBER I am honored to serve as the Executive Director at CESA 7 and am looking forward to collaborating with my colleagues as well as the educators across Northeast Wisconsin who are making a difference each day.

I celebrate my 30th wedding anniversary this year with my wife Beth, and we are so very proud of our three children, Jordyn, a 2nd grade teacher in Northwest Wisconsin, JJ, a college graduate after 2.5 years and just beginning his career as a business consultant, and Brady, a senior in high school who plays three sports and is currently ranked 2nd in his class of over 300 prospective graduates.

I have served as a special education teacher, high school principal, and superintendent over the course of my 28 years in public education, and am so grateful for the opportunities I have had to work with some amazing educators during this time. In my new role, I hope to share my passion for personalizing every child's educational experience, providing each of them a jumpstart to success upon graduating from high school.

Inside the Experience: A Powerful Afternoon of Professional Learning

Last Friday, our CESA 7 team members spent the afternoon engaged in meaningful professional learning at the iconic Lambeau Field!

The afternoon was led by Damian LaCroix – Executive Coach, former Howard-Suamico School District Superintendent, and the Wisconsin Association of School District Administrators (WASDA)’s newest Executive Director – whose insights and leadership left our team energized and inspired!
