Every newcomer or newcomer family (migrants and immigrants) is allowed one Welcome Kit prepared by the Restigouche Regional Service Commission to help access all the information essential to their integration in the region.
Newcomers can get their kit at the Restigouche Multicultural Association, at the CCNB if they are a student there, or through their employer.
Employers can request kits by contacting the Restigouche Regional Service Commission (RSC).
