CSM: Explain what diversity, equity, and inclusion mean to you and why they’re important.

Everyone feeling a sense of belonging and value without judgement. Without this, then there is no future.

CSM: How would you advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion with brands or companies that don’t understand its importance? Simply bringing this up to them and making them aware of the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

CSM: What is the most challenging aspect of working in a diverse environment?

I don’t think it should be or is challenging to work in a diverse environment.

CSM: What is your approach to understanding the perspectives of colleagues from different backgrounds? Get to know everyone with out judgement.

CSM: How would you handle a situation where a client or a talent was being culturally insensitive, sexist, racist, or homophobic?

I do not tolerate that. They would no longer be a client of mine.

CSM: Describe an ideal brand that has a sense of inclusion, belonging, and equity on a daily basis?

Buffbunny Collection is a clothing brand in the fitness community that I think has a great sense of inclusion, belonging, and equity on a daily basis.

CSM: What steps will you take to eliminate bias from other brands or companies? Not working with brands or purchasing from brands that do not align with my morals, ideas, beliefs etc.
