Over the next few months, you’ll be exploring new ideas, collaborating on a real project, and building skills to take your career forward with purpose. With a mix of practical sessions, honest conversations and fresh challenges, this programme is all about expanding your perspective and equipping you for what’s next. Bring your curiosity, open mindset and readiness to learn.
This programme empowers you to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and expand your expertise. Through practical sessions and a collaborative project, you’ll strengthen your knowledge, build self-awareness, and gain the tools to achieve peak performance.
Working alongside colleagues in coaching groups and immersive workshops, you’ll encounter diverse perspectives and ideas. By embracing open-mindedness, the programme fosters an inclusive atmosphere where everyone’s insights contribute to a richer learning experience.
The programme encourages open collaboration and the honest sharing of knowledge. Through co-coaching, topic input sessions, and real project work, you’ll engage meaningfully with others, communicating your expertise and supporting each other’s growth.

In-person session to introduce the programme and get you into the best mindset to embrace the opportunity.
A full day, in person with a challenge where you are required to collaborate, problemsolve and create.
Engaging workshops run by expert facilitators, sharing insight and theory with space for discussion, challenge and practical application.
An Inigo-specific project, asking to wrestle with brief and deliver creative solution.
Inigo-specific asking you with a deliver a solution.
Unfacilitated sessions in a more intimate dynamic (c.5 people), encouraging you to work on your project in a collaborative way.
The culmination of the Inigo project: presenting back to the whole cohort and receiving feedback from your peers.
An opportunity to meet frequently to coach each other; build relationships and create accountability for your actions.
I’m so pleased to be championing our Inigo Boss Your Career programme again this year. A programme tailored to our amazing people and focussed on supporting individuals to grow, collaborate and think creatively in a way that embodies our values and culture.
Participants will have the opportunity to dive into some great content, tackle real business challenges and share ideas to spark fresh thinking. Tools, guidance and coaching is provided to help participants build confidence to develop their own core capabilities and do so whilst considering the broader business and learning from other incredible colleagues across Inigo.
At its heart, Boss Your Career brings people together strengthening connections and encouraging our people to learn from course content but understand and appreciate the strength in learning from each other too.
