Standard Terms
Interactive Workshops trading as Cegos UK takes your project and booking very seriously, and ensures the consultant team will deliver to a high standard. To protect both the client and the vendor, Interactive Workshops trading as Cegos UK takes the agreement of dates or the instruction to commence work or book flights, (either verbally or in writing) as an agreement that the dates are fixed for the delivery of the work.
Everything in this quote excludes VAT and expenses, which will be charged in addition.
Unless otherwise agreed, 50% of the total project value will be invoiced upon this commencement. Subsequent to this cancellation charges will apply as follows:
Cancelled or moved within two months of start date: 50% of fee.
Cancelled or moved within one month of start date: 100% of fee.
Our experience has shown it is best to be explicit about expectations up front. Of course we also highly value good will with our clients, so in some circumstances cancellation may be waived at the discretion of an Interactive Workshops trading as Cegos UK Director.
With regards to billing, Interactive Workshops trading as Cegos UK may issue an invoice once the full amount is due under the cancellation policy. Commitment to training dates is taken as agreement to these terms.
