FACE HER DOWN

THE ART OF THE FOLD

MAKING SPACE.

Up to now, the biggest challenge with modular homes, was how to efficiently ship a dwelling that is large enough to actually live in.

SEED Homes has solved the problem.

How? By using walls that fold.

Impossible? No.

SEED Homes are designed around a central utility corridor that is made entirely out of steel. The corridor supports and encloses all of the heavy main components of each home. Kitchen appliances, mechanical, and utility, as well as full-size bathroom elements. All are located lengthwise within the central utility corridor.

The home’s walls then fold up and into the central utility corridor, freeing up a large amount of living space, and remaining within intermodal shipping size constraints.

A SEED Home can have up to four external walls that fold into the main superstructure of the home Once folded, the entire home is shrink wrapped, and loaded onto a truck, train, or ship, for transport to just about anywhere in the world. 36

Are you considering making the leap into homeownership, but don't want to break the bank or sacrifice on quality?

Modular homes may be the perfect solution for you. In this article, we will explore the benefits of choosing a modular home, from cost considerations to the quality of the home itself

Cost Considerations

One of the biggest advantages of choosing a modular home over a traditional stick-built home is cost Modular homes are typically more affordable than site-built homes because they are constructed in a factory setting This can result in savings on labor and materials, which are passed on to the homebuyer

Additionally, modular homes are often completed in a shorter timeframe than traditional homes, further reducing costs associated with construction loans and carrying costs It's important to note that while modular homes are generally more affordable than site-built homes, the exact cost will vary depending on factors such as size, location, and customizations

CONSIDER

LIVING IN A SMALL HOME.

How Much Space Do You Actually Need?

Another important consideration when thinking about living in a modular home is how much space you actually need. Modular homes come in a variety of sizes and layouts, from small single-bedroom homes to large multi-story residences Before making a decision, it's important to carefully consider your space needs, both now and in the future.

If you are a single person or a couple looking for a cozy living space, a smaller modular home may be the perfect fit for you. On the other hand, if you have a growing family or plan to host frequent guests, a larger modular home with multiple bedrooms and living areas may be more suitable.

In conclusion, modular homes offer a costeffective and quality-driven alternative to traditional stick-built homes By carefully considering cost, space needs, and the quality of the home itself, you can make an informed decision about whether living in a modular home is right for you Would you consider living in a modular home?
