M. Elaine Horn is Co-Chair, Employment Litigation and Employment Counseling Groups at Williams & Connolly LLP, where she represents clients in a broad range of complex civil and commercial litigation matters. Nelly Almeida is a partner in the New York office of Milbank and a member of the firm’s Financial Restructuring Group. Most recently, she represented lenders (later, equity owners) in Chapter 11 cases of Cirque du Soleil and RentPath Holdings Inc. In this role, Vicki provides legal advice and counsel for defined benefit plans, 401(k) savings plans, ERISA litigation SME, and the PAC. Vicki is responsible for all the qualified retirement benefit programs with total assets of approximately $110 billion. Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions with the City of Dallas, JCPenney, American Airlines, General Motors, and Walmart. Her expertise includes working with legacy programs and systems to monetize and modernize these organizations during significant and complex times of transition. Vicki is on the Executive Board of the Dallas Bar Association and SMU School of Law, as well as a Board member of Broadway Dallas. Vicki earned a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.

Tonya Rutherford is Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Verizon, leading the legal teams responsible for video franchising for Fios TV and content acquisition across all Verizon platforms. She received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Johns Hopkins University, earned her Juris Doctor from George Washington University, and graduated from Mercersburg Academy. Rhoda Weeks-Brown is the General Counsel and Director of the Legal Department of the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Rhoda advises the IMF’s Executive Board, management, staff, and 190 member countries on all legal aspects of the IMF’s operations and has lectured and written articles and internal papers on the law of the IMF. She has served as Deputy Director in the IMF’s Communications Department, where she led communications and outreach in Africa, Asia, and Europe and played a key role in transforming the IMF’s communications strategy.
