I decided to do the course to develop my skills. I enjoyed learning new skills, especially how to perfect different types of dishes and create stunning patisserie. I have attended several courses in the past, but I must say this was the most enjoyable so far! The kitchen facilities are excellent, and the lecturers are fantastic.
