The 33-year-old has spent the last five seasons with the Mariners after he linked with the Club back in 2010. Rose says he is delighted to have confirmed his place on the Mariners’ roster for a further two years. “It’s really exciting,” he said. “It secures my family and me for another two years and I am really comfortable here. Joshua Rose arrived at the Central Coast Mariners in 2010, and has since proven to be one of the best left-backs in the Hyundai A-League’s history. Highly regarded for his marauding forays down the left flank, Rose has twice been selected in the Foxtel A-League All Stars squad. The winner of the Mariners Medal in 2011, Rose is a fan favourite not only due to his consistent performances and passionate play, but for his reputation as one of the nicest guys in the Hyundai A-League away from the pitch. Rose won the 2012 Hyundai A-League Premiership and 2013 Hyundai A-League Championship with the Club, and will be a key man this afternoon.
