We are excited to announce Hope Solutions’ 17th annual fundraising gala, Ruby Slippers – There’s No Place Like Home will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at a brand-new location for our event – The Club at Castlewood – in Pleasanton. Nearly 100 years old, The Club at Castlewood is a fascinating venue with a rich history, with origins linked to the Hearst family and recently remodeled into a modernized oasis.

The gala will feature a cocktail hour, silent and live auctions, a seated dinner, inspiring speakers, and lively entertainment—all to benefit formerly homeless families and individuals in Contra Costa County.

In the last year, our growth enabled us to connect more people – over 3,800 – to housing and services –more than any other year. This important work was made possible by generous supporters like you. With your partnership, we can make this gala a night of fun and meaningful change.

Enclosed are the 2025 sponsorship opportunities for your consideration – be sure to check out our new Sparkle option which can be an add-on or an option for those unable to attend.

This gala is vital for funding our permanent housing solutions and supportive services, including afterschool tutoring, case management, housing advocacy, eviction prevention, and mental health counseling. Together, we can make a difference in our community's fight against poverty and homelessness.

Quality Permanent Housing Solutions

We know that for people to change their situations permanently, their housing must be permanent. Our residents own the decision of when to move on to other housing, as long as the provisions of the lease are upheld. Permanent housing and on-site support services are the foundation on which our residents can build self-reliant, dignified, and sustainable lives. This service is provided through quality permanent housing, rapid rehousing, housing navigation, and eviction prevention programs that help our clients find and keep housing.
