2024 is well-underway, it’s hard to believe we are already in April!

General enquiries have increased, as well as open home numbers, giving no doubt that buyer activity is increasing as the market appears to stabilise We are only one quarter in, however 2024 so far is looking promising - the market is continuing to evolve and improve, with 40 new listings going live across our three offices, and 28 properties sold, continuing the trend of fantastic results by all of our team

Feature sales of the past quarter include; Ryan Stalgis negotiating 25 Pacific Avenue, Werri Beach for a spectacular $4,500,000. 3A David Smith Place, Kiama was sold for a fantastic $2,000,000 by Andy Wharton. Terry Digger and Abbey Murphy sold 22B Irvine Street, Kiama under the hammer for $1,225,000 which was well above the reserve. Jason Stalgis
