Although days on market are still longer than average, we are starting to see a return to consistent sales across our three offices.

Fantastic results were achieved with our team selling 33 properties throughout April, May and June.

Rental Market Update

The first six months of 2024 we have seen another rise in demand for rental properties for locals and people looking to move into the region as well as owners moving back into their rental properties due to the soaring costs of maintaining an investment property. Affordability has become difficult for some local residents with rental prices fluctuating, driven by various factors. Affordable housing is at crisis level, while larger executive housing, on the higher end of the market, sometimes taking a little longer to lease due to the cost of living.
