2023 is well-underway, it’s hard to believe we are already in April.

Rental Market Update

As the interest rates have risen this year we have seen landlords starting to move back into their own properties due to soaring costs of maintaining a rental property. With people still lining up to move into the region, affordability has become difficult for some local residents. At the moment the current market is stable with not a lot of movement by tenants, partly due to the lack of options available and as tenants are choosing to stay in their current rentals and absorb any rent increase that they may receive passed on by landlords due to increasing rate rises.
