In the event of an Emergency outside office hours, our office number is diverted to an On-call staff member. Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Coast & Country Holidays.
Kitchen bins and household rubbish must be emptied into council bins – red bins (rubbish), yellow bins (recycling), green bins (garden & food waste). All excess garbage must be taken away to avoid a surcharge.



In the event of a power failure please check the fuse box and ensure all switches are turned to ON. If not, please reset those to ON. (If both power and lights are out, this could indicate a general power outage, please contact our office on for updates).
Prior to departure please read and comply with the Departure Checklist in this folder.

Important Notes!
We kindly ask you to please take note of the following:
• NO SMOKING – Please do not smoke in the property. If you choose to smoke outside, dispose of cigarette butts in the garbage bins provided
• This property is for holiday purposes only. No function or party of any kind will be permitted

• Report all breakages or maintenance issues to our office immediately
• Please do not put oil down the kitchen sink or flush sanitary items such as nappies, tampons or pads down the toilet
• Keys must be put back in the designated keylock box located by the front door by 9:30AM on the day of departure (unless departure falls on a Sunday or Public Holiday, which has a check out time of 1:00PM)
• Please vacate the property by 9:30AM (unless otherwise agreed upon) so the property can be cleaned before the next guests arrive
• Be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum as complaints from neighbours may force us to evict you from the property
Useful Information
Parking
Guests have access to secure basement parking, the garage button is on your set of keys.
WIFI
The details for the Wi-Fi are on the fridge.
Laundry
Washer/ dryer combined is available. They are located in the laundry.
Linen
All linen is provided. Including towels, sheets, and tea towels.
Local Cafe
The Grumpy Bunny cafe is below the apartment, serving delicious coffee and food!

Smart Tv
Both Tv’s have access to applications such as Netflix, you will have to log in to your own account.


BBQ Gas Bottles
If the barbecue runs out of gas you can take the bottle to Gerringong Hardware on Rowlins Road for a ‘Swap & Go’ and just let them know the address of the property you are staying.
Gerringong Hardware is open 6 days but closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

BBQ
A BBQ and gas bottle is provided. We ask that you please clean the BBQ after using it and remember to turn off the gas bottle after each use. A cleaning fee will apply if the BBQ is left dirty.
Hot Water
Hot water is provided by a gas heated instantaneous hot water system. Two gas bottles are located in the yard at the front on the property. In the event you run out of hot water, there is a changeover valve installed between the gas bottles (See circled in Red).
This valve controls which bottle is in use. To change over bottles, turn off all gas operated appliances, check all gas bottles are closed/off, switch the changeover valve to the opposite side and turn on/open the bottle now in use. Please let us know if you change over bottles so we can ensure we order double replacements!
