Regional Australia continues to record a substantially higher growth rate than the capital cities. CoreLogic’s latest Home Value Index shows that while the housing market downturn has evened out with an annual growth rate of 2 2% across the country, more fresh stock is being added in capital city and regional marketspromising more choice for buyers this spring.
Median house prices continue to rise here in the Kiama LGA The standout location in the past year has been Kiama Heights, experiencing a 93.62% increase since September 2021.
July to September quarter resulted in 27 new property listings and 24 sales with a total sales value of more than $35M. The pace of rental growth has kept our property management team on their toes, signing 78 lease renewals and 45 new leases whilst maintaining an average vacancy rate of 1.44% across our offices.
