Family Of Companies

Almost 10 years ago we joined forces with several premier Coldwell Banker firms covering both NC and SC to form the Coldwell Banker Advantage Family of Companies which includes Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage (based in Wilmington, NC & Myrtle Beach, SC), Coldwell Banker Advantage (Fayetteville, NC) and Coldwell Banker Willis- Smith (New Bern, NC). The combined entity is one of the largest firms in the nation, currently ranked 17th according to the REAL Trends 500.

In 2019, we were honored to expand and join our philosophy with one of the Triad’s most successful real estate firms, Coldwell Banker Triad, Realtors, a real estate company which shares our focus that it is our primary job to help our agents outperform all others by providing the knowledge, techniques, tools, and strategies to exceed the everchanging expectations of consumers.
