Dual Lloyd (Dually) is a 2022 gelding that’s a grandson of dual pep goes back to Peppy san badger on the top and bottom, stands 14.3 hh right now, I picked him up as a long yearling from the Gould Ranch by Carman mb, me and the kids brought him along slowly as a 2 year old with daily handling, ground work and some riding but we didn’t push him, this year we took him to Oklahoma in January and used him to help our friends tag calves in the calving pasture down there and started tracking the roping dummy, this spring we hauled him to 4 different brandings, used him to gather and sort cows, and drag calves to the fire, knows to work rope when tying off, he’s been hauled around to some rodeos as well, I’ve heeled a handful of steers out of the box on him, travels good, eats on the road, loads good, stands tied anywhere, good for farrier, this gelding will really excel in the roping pen as he has lots of run, rate and really watches a cow, he is as broke as a 3 year old can be, the kids always jump on bareback with a halter to bring him to the barn, easy to catch anywhere any time, good handle on him, good stop and turnaround, knows his leads, no scars or blemishes, good feet on him, ready to finish your way.

“Waylon” .Bred from Sonrise quarter horses. Some incredible horses right on this guys papers including TWO EYED JACK and PLAYGUN! Waylon was very handled from when he was young and started his training with 60 days as 2 year old, he got trail rode that year but mostly let him grow up. Stands 15.2 and still growing very straight legs and correct conformation, has lots of filling out to do. Waylon’s career started in early winter (2025) as 3 year old. Since then he’s become a very reliable ranch mount. Ranching comes very natural to this guy. All the hard work and training is done and he’s ready to be used as #1 ranch mount. Many long miles through rough terrain checking fence, logs, creeks, thick bush, dug outs. Great to handle, ties, self loads, great to trim, great to deworm, shots, bathes, easy to catch. Very laid back temperament, in your pocket type. nothing spooks him, more whoa then go. Solid walk, trot lope, has fancy buttons, neck reins, good stop. Has many brandings/dragging calves under his belt. Very cowy, ropes caves, large cows and can tie off and treat animals. Great to tie in the barn alone. Terms & Conditions
1. Horses will sell in catalogue order.
2. If bidding on a horse, it is expected that the buyer has done due diligence on examining the horse carefully before bidding on an/or purchasing the horse.
3. Premium Prospects Horse Sale consignors, auctioneers and employees act as agents for the seller, but assume no liability while potential buyers are on sale property or consigner property.
4. After the horse has been sold, buyer assumes all expenses and risks on the horse.
5. Online viewing and bidding will be available through DLMS. Phone bidding will be available as well. To register to phone bid contact the office staff listed at the start of the catalogue.
6. All horses are to be paid for the day of the sale before the horse leaves the grounds. Method of payment can be cheque, cash, E-transfer or wire transfer.
7. Consignors must bring horses’ registration papers and transfer papers. These will be mailed out to the buyer after the horse has been paid for in full.
8. All consigned horses must go through the sale. Absolutely, no alley trading.
9. The auctioneer has complete charge of the sale. In case of any disputes, his decision will be final.
10. All horses will be sold in Canadian funds. U.S exchange rate will be provided the day of the sale.
11. All announcements made from the auction block will take precedence over printed matter in the catalogue.
12. All persons attending the sale, do so at their own risk.
