3. It is the seller’s responsibility to ensure that all animals have Government regulated iden fica on tags (RFID Tags).
4. Buyer agrees to a buyer’s fee applied to the purchase price of all ca le at the rate of 1.5% for calves and 1% for yearlings, unless otherwise stated.
5. Seller agrees to pay all government deduc ons (i.e.: Brand Inspec on, A.B.P, Livestock Security, and Insurance), plus a clearing charge of $3 per head manifested on delivery day.
6. +/- is defined as no more or less than 5% over or under the stated head count.
7. Ca le that are considerably heavier or lighter than the base weight, may need to be renego ated by a sales Rep at the me of delivery to assure ca le pricing is fair based on video sale day pricing.
