editorial November and December bills reduced by $750,000!
Marshal Albright, President/CEO
Innovative products and services are more likely to gain adoption when their introduction follows market research. Research indicates that cooperative members are asking for tools to save them time and are easy to use when they want to use them.
Cass County Electric Cooperative reduced your November bills by $250,000 and December bills by $500,000 because our sales and revenues exceeded our year-end budgets. The reduction occurred by reducing the purchase power adjustment (PPA) on your electric bills. Your board of directors and management team are committed to sound financial management of the cooperative to provide the best value for our member’s investment in the cooperative.
