with Caroline Sommerville Subject of this issue’s Q & A is BiKBBI Compliance Officer Caroline Sommerville. Caroline joined the team in August 2018 and focuses specifically on member compliance.

Tell us a little more about your work history?

What would you like to achieve in your career?

My work history involves customer service experience with both the public and retailers.

I don’t have a plan but I hope in my career I can be the best I can and grow with the organisation.

How do your first impressions of the BiKBBI differ from before you joined the organisation?

And your personal life?

It’s a brilliant organisation and does so much good not just for installers but the public too. I wished I had known about the BiKBBI before I worked here as I’ve had a bad experience with a cowboy builder, it was hilarious and expensive!

In my personal life I’d like to see my children achieve their goals and dreams. I also plan to do more things outside work that challenge me. Tell us a bit more about your personal life, marital status? I’m married and my husband is feeling a bit outnumbered right now as we have 2 
