MICHELLE JOINS BiKBBI TO EXECUTE STRATEGICALLY IMPORTANT NEW ROLE The Institute is delighted to confirm that Michelle Daniels has joined the senior management team as Director of Marketing & Communication - a newly created position. Michelle arrives from RDI REIT, a real estate investment trust, where she held the position of Group Head of Marketing for seven years. She had previously spent 13 years with a global marketing agency, working with UK and international clients on strategic marketing solutions.

In her new position at the BiKBBI, Michelle will be responsible for developing, leading and implementing the BiKBBI´s brand, marketing and communications strategies, as well as driving stakeholder engagement, partnerships and collaborative opportunities in addition to supporting the organisation with the delivery of key projects including the new format BiKBBI Annual Conference & Awards which take place in February 2022. Michelle said, “I am extremely excited to be joining the team at BiKBBI at such a pivotal point in the organisation’s journey. As well as bringing a new outlook and direction to the marketing activity, I am especially looking forward to working on and supporting the significant initiatives that are coming down the tracks.”

BiKBBI CEO, Damian Walters, commented, “Michelle’s appointment demonstrates our commitment to our organisational evolution.
