WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Campaign idea/concept
• That can be use globally (with local touch)
• That can be used for all functions
• That can have an internal track (cfr launch 1st campaign)
• That can be used for more than only 2024 (so no time constraint)
• Keeping in mind that TVH is a people-centric company (and want to show this)
CONCEPT IDEAS:
1. Connections: you can bump in on someone outside of work and discover they also work at TVH OR you meet someone at TVH that you already knew (via hobby, your kids ...) OR we have a broad network and via our colleagues we are only 2/3 connections away from knowing someone famous
2. Why work at TVH: based on the results of the engagement/pulse survey: very high number of people are proud to tell they work at TVH and would recommend TVH as a great place to work; working with a diversity of reasons why people work at TVH
3. Hidden Gem: TVH is a great place to work, very big international company, but is not that wellknown => It is a ‘gem’ that is not yet discovered. (can also highlight benefits, growth of TVH
