6 Months of preconstruction went into this project which came in under budget.

Built on an occupied site in the middle of a large Peachtree City Community. ZERO issues or complaints during construction.

Existing site utilities were as-built early on and found to not be installed according to the drawings. Assisted with redesign to expedite this work and not affect school start.

Existing unknown utility feeds ran through our excavated building site. Ground Penetrating Radar encountered these and they were relocated in the 1st summer so the building schedule was not impacted.

Coordinated site walkthroughs with the Fire Marshal to review existing egress and rework as required.

Project completed under budget and ahead of schedule Included major interior summer renovations that were completed ahead of schedule with no incidents.

3-Story steel structure addition with little access.

Partnered with the baseball team to allow for laydown area on the field during the offseason.

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT The McIntosh High School addition involved one of the tightest sites that Carroll Daniel and our team have ever encountered to date - with little to no access in many areas.

Located in the heart of the school, in a tiny courtyard, this was the primary challenge of the project. Despite this, our team worked diligently with the faculty to ensure that there were no disruptions or incidents that would hinder education or safety. After the project, we even received comments from the community that, “I didn’t even know this work was occurring!”
