CARROLL DANIEL CONSTRUCTION PLANNERS, BUILDERS, PARTNERS™ Brian is the third generation of the Daniel family to serve as President and CEO of Carroll Daniel Construction. In this role, he will provide continuous oversight to our project team, ensuring that sufficient resources are committed to the project as necessary to guarantee a successful outcome. He will maintain an active and accessible role on the project team from preconstruction through construction and project closeout.

Al joined Carroll Daniel Construction as COO following his retirement from Balfour Beatty Construction, where he served as regional CEO/COO of the Southeast region. Al’s role on the project will be to provide executive oversight of quality and safety on each project team. The site QCOs and Safety Managers will report directly to Al. Al honed his expertise in safety and quality control building iconic projects for Walt Disney World.

As Executive Vice President of Carroll Daniel, Steve will be providing oversight and support to our project team throughout the process. He will monitor our preconstruction, management, accounting and supervisory staff. Steve has managed a variety of educational projects during his career. As a leader and motivator, Steve will communicate the urgency of time, cost, quality and efficiency to the team throughout the construction process to deliver on our promise to safely produce the highest quality building finished on time and within budget.

Tammy serves as a Business Development and Client Manager for Carroll Daniel. Her responsibility is developing relationships with our clients and ensuring customer satisfaction during and after construction. She has overseen over $1.7 billion in investment to Northeast Georgia and has a wealth of business and industry experience. Tammy is a former Senior Project Manager for the Georgia Department of Economic Development. She also previously worked on the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games and for the Coca-Cola Company.

FOX FACTORY NEW MANUFACTURING FACILITY
Carroll Daniel Construction was selected to build Fox Factory, a new 350,000 SF manufacturing facility includes a 50,000 SF office component located on a 30 acre site in Oakwood, Georgia. This project was built utilizing concrete tilt-wall panel construction and structural steel.
This new location will support processes from raw materials through manufacturing, anodizing, preassembly, full-assembly, and shipping within one building, which will reduce the need to ship product to other facilities prior to packaging. This facility will be the first in the Fox family to house anodizing and clean rooms, eliminating the need to outsource activities in the shock production process.

AUTO METAL DIRECT
WAREHOUSE DISTRIBUTION FACILITY
Carroll Daniel Construction was selected to design and build a new 318,000 SF distribution/fulfillment center and showroom facility for Auto Metal Direct (AMD), a company that manufactures and distributes replacement body parts for antique muscle cars. This new facility is located in the Gateway Centre, an industrial park in Gainesville, Georgia.
This distribution facility was built utilizing concrete tilt-wall panel construction on a greenfield site. The project overcame challenges such as significant inclement weather and unsuitable soils, completing in 11 months-on time, on budget, and with no lost time or safety incidents.

KUBOTA MANUFACTURING OF AMERICA RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT CENTER
Kubota Manufacturing of America Corporation (KMA) selected Carroll Daniel Construction as the design-builder for its latest plans to expand the Kubota footprint in Georgia with the development of approximately 280 acres near their current manufacturing facilities in Gainesville-Hall County.
Kubota plans to invest more than $80 million at this site with a project to establish Kubota’s new engineering and design center which will serve all of North America. The new 133,000 SF research and development center will have space for offices, a shop for testing the equipment, testing tracks, and five smaller buildings around the site.

DUCKWORTH INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
Carroll Daniel Construction worked in partnership with the owner/developer as design-builders for the total 525,000 SF of flexible manufacturing/warehouse space on a 70 acre site in Dalton, Georgia. The tilt-wall buildings were designed by Carroll Daniel’s in-house architects, making the construction document and shop drawing review process seamless and efficient. These buildings will be constructed simultaneously using a master schedule.

HEALTHIER CHOICE WAREHOUSE
Healthier Choice is a leading supplier of high-density carpet cushion. Carroll Daniel Construction worked in partnership with the owner to design-build the 200,000 SF light manufacturing warehouse and corporate offices building. The project was designed in-house by Carroll Daniel’s industrial design team. The building features an executive office suite on the mezzanine. A separate manufacturing office is located in the warehouse, which provides a secondary entrance for employees. A large shipping/receiving office is a feature that streamlines in-bound and out-bound deliveries and provides a driver rest area. The tilt-wall concrete and structural steel warehouse includes 20 dock doors - with room for 54 future dockdoors, two roll-up door ramps, and trailer storage.

GEVEKO MARKINGS, INC.
NEW MANUFACTURING FACILITY
Carroll Daniel Construction was selected to design and build Geveko Markings, Inc. new manufacturing center and North American headquarters in Hall County, Georgia. They are a leading manufacturer and supplier of a full range of materials used to makes pavement markings used in road construction.
The 80,000 SF facility was built on 20 acres in the Gainesville Business Park. This was built utilizing concrete tilt-wall panel construction. In addition to designing and building this fast-track project in only nine months—(two months for design and seven months for construction)—Carroll Daniel also served as a program manager for the client, communicating across oceans and time zones.

PROJECT OF THE YEAR NATURAL ENVIRONMENT
Carroll Daniel Construction was chosen by the American branch of Japanese firm, YANMAR, for the opportunity to build a one-of-a-kind training and customer experience facility in Acworth. The YANMAR EVO//CENTER brings together the elements of many diverse types of construction—industrial, corporate, commercial, educational—into one unique facility. With challenges including an extremely fast-track schedule, fluid design, unpredictable Georgia weather,
and constructing a unique facility, the project team is proud to have delivered a jewel of sustainability, technology and collaboration, on budget and ahead of schedule. This project received a First Place Build Georgia Award, an ACI of Georgia Outstanding Achievement Award in the Low Rise Category, a CMAA Southeast Project Achievement Award, and the 2018 ASCE Georgia Award for Project of the Year in the Natural Environment.
