BUSINESS PROPOSAL OVERVIEW
I am presenting you with this opportunity to help achieve my lifelong dream of becoming a successful professional golfer.
With the support of my family, friends, and coaches I have achieved a great deal in the last couple of years Since I only started playing tournaments at 17, I have seen a drastic improvement in my game and am ready to take it to the next level. In high school I was a three-sport varsity athlete, playing football, basketball, and golf I was the starting quarterback on my football team and the starting point guard on my basketball team Golf was always something that I was naturally talented at, but it wasn’t my focus early on in high school. This is quite different from a lot of professional golfers, as they grew up only focusing on golf I believe this gives me an advantage as I learned how to be an athlete before becoming a golfer. After my senior year (which was my first year playing tournament golf), I accepted an offer to play on the Pacific Lutheran University golf team which is an NCAA Division 3 University in Tacoma, WA My freshman year was the first year I had ever only played one sport and I saw a dramatic improvement in my game. I continued to work hard in the off-season and into my Sophomore year During this year I was the 4th ranked Division 3 golfer in the country on the Golfstat Individual rankings. Based on my improvements and fast success trajectory, I decided I wanted to transfer to the NCAA Division 1 level I accepted a full scholarship to play for the University of Rhode Island golf team at the end of my Sophomore year where I played the last three years of my college career. I had a lot of success at Rhode Island and during my last year with the program, I was able to win my first Division 1 Tournament. I made a birdie on the 17th and 18th holes to force a playoff and was able to make a birdie on the first playoff hole to win. I believe my athletic ability took over at that moment and allowed me to give myself the best chance to win. With all my experiences over the last few years, I am as determined as ever to succeed in golf at the highest level
I now need to gain the resources to play on a professional tour and test my skills week in and week out. I need the help of people willing to invest in me, my dream, and my skills as a golfer. In return, I will do everything possible to potentially repay your investment, and have you share in the rewards of my dedication and hard work. I know what I am capable of, and believe I will achieve a lot in the immediate future I hope and trust that, after you read this plan, you will believe too, and be willing to join me in this opportunity
YOUR INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY
2
Typically, players must play on PGA TOUR Americas or the Korn Ferry Tour for at least one year to earn the right to play on the PGA TOUR Most players reach the Korn Ferry Tour by playing well on PGA TOUR Americas or going through Q School. Those players typically reach PGA TOUR Americas by going through Q School or by gaining an exemption. PGA Tour Americas is a new tour introduced by the PGA TOUR that combines PGA TOUR Latin America and PGA TOUR Canada.
The first part of the tour will be held in Latin America where there is no qualifying to play on the tour However, there will be qualifying for the second half of the tour’s schedule which will be in Canada over the summer of 2024 I plan to qualify for this half of the tour through Q School (These qualifying dates and locations have yet to be announced)

I also plan on qualifying for the Korn Ferry Tour through Q School following my play on the PGA TOUR Americas, which is normally held in September of every year. In the months leading up, I will be playing on the Asher Tour which is a mini tour based in Arizona and California from the months of September-April of 2023/2024.
Professionals play on this highly respected mini-tour during the winter months to keep their games sharp These events also have high purses that allow me the opportunity to make good money throughout the tour Upon completion of the Asher Tour and pending Q School scheduling and results, I will be playing on the Vancouver Golf Tour which hosts events throughout the summer
A two-year plan of living and working as a professional golfer is proposed LATER IN THIS BOOK. Playing in frequent tournaments on a professional tour will allow me to gain the experience I need to prepare for the grueling schedule that is to come. I want to practice and compete as much as possible to reach the level I know I can achieve This will take time and money and I am willing to invest any amount of time needed to achieve my goals I have paid my way up until this point including all amateur tournament and equipment costs
I will also be investing an additional $25,000 of my own money to jumpstart my career I project a yearly cost of approximately $85,000 per year for a total of $170,000 for the two-year commitment. Minus my investment, I am offering 29 shares at $5,000 each. These shares will count as an equal share in my winnings once I officially turn profes
COSTSFINANCIAL BREAKDOWN
3
The costs for the venture are broken down as tournament entry fees, practice rounds, yardage books, hotel, food, monthly gas expenses, tour membership fees, equipment, golf access costs, non-golf related housing and food costs, Mill Creek CC membership dues (only general membership dues), golf coaching fees, and flights. I have created a spreadsheet for my play on the Asher Tour and the Vancouver Golf Tour for the year and the costs associated with each. This is subject to change based on Q School availability and I will update when those dates are available.
This graph on the next page represents a reasonable expectation of what it takes to be a professional golfer and play at the higher competitive levels of the game through a full year of mini-tour golf. I will have another schedule with associating costs for the 2024-2025 season when tournament dates are announced.

FINANCIAL BREAKDOWN

RETURNON YOUR INVESTMENT
4
In appreciation for your investment in me, I will do my best to reward stakeholders with returns as follows:
For the entirety of the 24-month contract, 75% of prize winnings will be reinvested toward a possible third year of my professional golf career. 0% of prize winnings will be returned to investors during this time. I will need funding for year three if I decide to continue with professional golf based on my career trajectory. This way, no additional funding will be needed (The same will be true for year four)
After year four, over the next 10 years, Investors will be rewarded with 50% of prize winnings until the initial investment has been paid back, and 10% of prize winnings for the remainder of the 10 years.
After the completion of 24 months, if I decide to stop playing professional golf, all prize winnings up to that point will be returned to investors proportionally
With the estimated total cost for two years of professional golf being $170,000, I have determined there will be 29 shares available for investors after my initial investment. Funds in the investment pool will be divided by the number of shares (29) and distributed based on the number of shares held by each stakeholder. Each share represents $5,000 and available distributions will be made before the end of the calendar year As an example, all prize winnings from the 2027 season will be paid in January of 2028, and the same will be true for the 2028 season (Years 4 and 5)
Your initial investment will not be guaranteed to be paid back in full This will depend on my tournament results
Any endorsement money or unofficial prize winnings are not eligible for the investment pool

LASTYEARS EVALUATION
6
Last year I made tremendous strides in my game and proved why I belong at the professional level. I finished in the top 10 in two of the biggest amateur tournaments in the northwest, added in an 11th-place finish in the Washington Open (Professional Event), and won the Kitsap Am in Bremerton, WA. I followed it up this summer with a 9th-place finish in the Northwest Open (Professional Event) and won the WA Champion of Champions (WA GOLF Major). I was in a total of 3 final groups and continuously put myself in a position to win. I also feel that I have matured mentally as well. In the last year, I have focused on improving my ability to think around a golf course
This off-season I have been working under the guidance of Rick Fehr https://fehrgolf com Rick is a two-time PGA TOUR winner and is recognized by Golf Digest as one of the best teachers in the state of Washington. I am very excited to be working with Rick, and feel he is the perfect person to help me excel at the professional level.

INVESTMENT
7
The plan is to continue taking in financial commitments and funds from investors until all 34 shares are sold. I have opened an LLC (JB Golf LLC) that has been fully approved by the State of WA. I have also set up a business account through Chase Bank and have started depositing funds into the account. All investment checks should be made out to “JB Golf LLC”.
