Shopkick’s solutions are great for driving and proving sales. P&G will have dynamic scans and purchase validation (receipt scans) in-store. This will give us purchase data, demographic data and other first-party insight to target look-alikes and prove our awareness capabilities are working. Users actively seek out and pick up your products at-shelf. Shopkick’s dynamic kick technology allows you to customize your in-store kicks (e.g., how many kicks are offered per scanning) based on desired audiences through behavioral targeting.

To gain actionable insights from P&G’s campaign, we’ll use two tools: Shopkick surveys and post-scan surveys. Shopkick surveys typically generate 10,000–20,000 responses and allow for up to 15 customizable questions, such as multiple choice or ranking, making them ideal for measuring baseline awareness before a campaign and assessing sentiment after. Post-scan surveys, triggered after product interaction, yield 1,000–3,000 responses on average and are better suited for capturing immediate engagement using structured question types only.
