Inclusion is about the group. It means we work to create a culture that strives for equity. We embrace, respect, accept and value differences.

Diversity and Inclusion is about including everyone and creating an environment that values and respects each person’s talents, skills and abilities.

Harassment is inappropriate behavior by towards another person in the workplace. Harassment includes any acts, comments or displays that make the other person feel uncomfortable or threatened.

Discrimination is an action or a decision that treats a person or a group badly because of their race, age or disability. These reasons are also called grounds. They are protected under the Canadian Human Rights Act.
