Here’s how

1 SPACE, 4 TYPES OF SERVICES:

1) MEET YOUR CAREER ADVISOR

Meeting with a Career Advisor means engaging with an experienced professional who can help you enhance your professional profile. During the sessions, you will receive guidance on how to improve your CV, take part in a mock interview to prepare for your first job interview, and gain a clearer understanding of which sectors, roles, and skills are currently in demand in the job market.

Throughout the semester, you can book one of the scheduled sessions, including “Career Advisor Online with Company HR”, which allows you to interact directly with a company HR representative acting as an advisor.

2) TRY AN ASSESSMENT

Take part in a group interview simulation led by real company assessors to understand which soft skills are most in demand today, identify your strengths, and experience a realistic selection process. The activity lasts approximately 3 hours and involves working in a group while assessors observe your communication, collaboration, and problemsolving skills. At the end, you will complete a self-assessment and receive one-to-one feedback directly from company representatives. This selection method is widely used to evaluate candidates and identify potential and aptitudes on which to build a professional growth path.

3) IMPROVE YOUR PERSONAL BRANDING

Boost your personal branding for the job market. This activity helps you strengthen your online reputation and improve your presence on professional social media platforms. You will meet HR representatives and corporate communication experts to learn best practices for optimizing your LinkedIn profile, as well as strategies to increase your visibility and expand your professional network.

4) PORTFOLIO CHECK FOR ARCHITECTS

This service is designed for architecture students who wish to refine their portfolio in preparation for entering the job market. It is a personalized career guidance and consulting activity during which you will engage with architects and industry professionals. You will receive feedback on technical and design aspects, as well as on the graphic and visual presentation of your portfolio.

INTERNSHIP CENTER

The Internship Center is an information hub dedicated to internships, available at Campus Leonardo and Campus Bovisa. It is the main point of reference for understanding how to find the internship that best suits you and how to activate it correctly.

You can stop by without an appointment during opening hours to meet your Internship Advisor. Whether you need in-depth guidance or a quick answer to a specific question, you will find practical and targeted support.

MEET YOUR INTERNSHIP ADVISOR

With the Internship Advisor, you can discuss how to make the most of your internship experience, receive practical information on how to search for and activate an internship, and learn about the most frequently asked questions interns bring to the Career Service. By registering online, you can book a one-to-one meeting from the weekly available slots and approach every stage of your internship with greater confidence.

INTERNSHIP READY: YOUR FIRST INTERNSHIP STARTS HERE

Internship Ready is a MOOC designed to help you approach your internship with greater awareness. The course guides you step by step through the search, activation, and management of your internship experience, helping you truly understand its educational value. Through practical modules, reflective activities, and final quizzes, you will gain concrete tools to move independently and be well prepared for your first - or next - internship, in Italy or abroad.
