JEKA SARANCHENKO

What inspired you to specialize in Trash Polka and Realism styles, and how do you blend these two distinct art forms in your tattoos?

From the moment I entered the tattoo world, Trash Polka immediately caught my eye. Its raw energy, emotional power, and visual impact spoke to me deeply. At the same time, I was always drawn to the precision and depth of Realism. Over the years, I developed a personal style that merges the chaos and abstraction of Trash Polka with the structured detail of Realism creating tattoos that are both emotionally intense and technically refined.

Can you share the story behind one of your favorite tattoos you've created recently?

Absolutely. One of the most meaningful tattoos I've done lately was for a client who works as an operating room nurse. He's been in the surgical field for five years head of the oral and maxillofacial team, deeply passionate about cardiac surgery, and also involved in teaching and training the next generation of OR staff.

He came to me with a clear vision: to combine the core elements of his daily life into one piece oral and maxillofacial surgery, cardiac elements, and surgical instruments all tied together with a bold and minimal phrase: "Cut. Heal. Repeat."

When your work is your passion, it deserves to be etched into your skin. For him, this tattoo wasn't just about the job it was about dedication, purpose, and pride. It was an honor to turn that into visual art

How does living and working in Tel Aviv influence your artistic style and creative process?

Tel Aviv is a city full of contrasts modern and ancient, loud and quiet, chaotic and deeply inspiring. The intensity and pace of life here keep my creativity alive. The mix of cultures, street art, and underground movements constantly feeds my visual language and pushes me to experiment with form, symbolism, and emotion in my work.
