My favourite word in English is FLUFFY. It’s when your pet has a lot of hair, like a fur pillow.

My favourite word in English is PERSNICKETY (Quisquilloso) because its sound and its meaning is funny. I like this word because I learned it when working as a waitress many years ago and I’ve never forgotten it.

My favourite word in English is FLOFFY because I like its meaning (suave, peludo, esponjoso, acolchado,...like my Aaron) and its sound is funny and sweet for me!!

Anglès, Bàsic A2

My favourite word in English is ICE because it’s easy to remember.

My favourite word in English is MUSIC because I like the way it sounds.

The Bucket List

The coronavirus COVID-19 has transformed our lives in many ways and the future feels uncertain, but let’s imagine that it will all finish in a few months' time. What do you have on your “bucket list” which you cannot do because of the present situation? What are your plans and wishes for that bright time when everything is over?

When everything is over...

I’m going to eat out in a restaurant with my aunt and cousins, because it’s always great fun!

I’m going to hug my parents and I’d also like to see how they kiss their grandchildren.

I would really like to visit my grandmother because I haven’t seen her for a year and a half.

I’m going to visit Dubai and get a ride on a hot air balloon.

I hope to be calm with my future baby and go to Granada to meet his family.

I’m going to burn all the masks that I find in my house.

I’m planning to eat at my parent’s home again.

I’m going to visit my family in Argentina.

I’d like to go out without a mask and feel free.

I’m going to go out and come back home without worrying about the time.

I’d like to go to Mallorca to see my family, take a walk in the town and on the beach.

I’m going to do a lot of simple things which I miss very much.
