Camp Rainbow Gold Supporters, Superheroes come in all shapes and sizes. Superheroes are brave, selfless, unwavering in their mission. Superheroes give everything they have, and never give up. As we close the books on an incredible year in the story of Camp Rainbow Gold, we have a year told by numbers. But, behind every number in this report, there’s a hero. There is a donor, a sponsor, a volunteer, a doctor, a nurse, a family member or a camper. This fiscal year marks five years as our own non-profit organization, a feat made possible by our dedicated donors and sponsors. We continued our search for a permanent home with an outpouring of support from our community and renewed sense of purpose and solidarity. Our volunteers gave their time and hearts to build programs supporting incredible children and families. At our 2018 Share Your Heart Ball, we gave tribute to Adam West—American icon, philanthropist, friend, Camp Rainbow Gold supporter—the ultimate superhero.

For every heroic effort made to help one child with cancer, every donation made to Camp Rainbow Gold, every day spent planning our programs and events, there is a family that holds this community in their collective hearts as heroes. After all, ours is a story that is driven by love and passion, bound by human connection through hope and hardship, and wrapped in colorful costumes. We’re a small team with big ideas and even bigger hearts. Keep shining.
