APP TUTORIAL CHEAT SHEET

You may find yourself helping a guest use our app. Below are common uses for the app and a guide to how to accomplish them.

Off property

On property

Heads up, the app looks a little different whether you are on property or off. (So long as your location services are on.)

We’ll show you multiple ways to do specific tasks on the app because of this.

BUYING ADVENTURE TICKETS adventure tickets include : Aquatopia day tickets, lift ticket, equipment rentals, snowtubing tickets, Mountain Adventure tickets, cabana’s & VIP seating, etc.

OPTION 1 - from the dashboard • from the dashboard, use the carousel of images in the middle of the screen to select an activity • this will take you to a list of products, choose the product you wish to purchase • select the date you want to use the ticket • click “Browse Availability” • you will be taken to a web page where you select your product, click the “Book from” button on the product you want • here you can adjust your quantities, it will automatically set to quantity 1 • click “Buy Now” • click “Check Out Now” if finished with selection or go back to app to add additional products, the items you’ve selected previously should still show in your cart once you’ve added anything else you may want OPTION 2 - from the navigation • from the home page, select the drop down navigation icon in the top left corner • select “Activities & Adventures” • select “Adventure Tickets & Passes” • a screen will pop up with filter options, select your options or select all then click “Apply” • a list of available products will appear for the date selected at the top (change the date at the top of the screen to see availability for a different day) • choose the adventure you are looking to purchase example shown for date selection page

• confirm your date for purchase then click “Browse Availability” • you will be taken to a web page where you select your product, click the “Book From” button on the product you want • here you can adjust your quantities, it will automatically set to quantity • click “Buy Now” • click “Check Out Now” if finished or go back to app to add additional products, the items you’ve selected previously should still show in your cart once you’ve added anything else you may want

BOOKING YOUR STAY

OPTION 1 - from the dashboard • from the dashboard, click “Book Now” • a pop up window will appear for you to choose the check in date, check out date and number of guests, fill out this information • click “See Availability” • this will take you to a list of room categories, with room types within that category, choose your room type by clicking “Book Now” • complete contact and payment info and agree to “Booking Conditions” • click “Complete Booking” OPTION 2 - from the navigation • from the home page, select the drop down navigation icon in the top left corner • choose “Book Your Stay” • choose “Book Now” • a pop up window will appear for you to choose the check in date, check out date and number of guests, fill out this information • click “See Availability” • this will take you to a list of room categories, with room types within that category, choose your room type by clicking “Book Now” • complete contact and payment info and agree to “Booking Conditions” example shown for home page

• click “Complete Booking”

* Guests may want to view different room types and specials currently running, you can do this by choosing “Browse Suites” from the dashboard

BROWSING ADVENTURES & ACTIVITIES activities & adventures include : events, live music, donut decorating, balloon twisting, snowtubing tickets, lift tickets, etc.

OPTION 1 - from the navigation • from the home page, select the drop down navigation icon in the top left corner • choose “Activities & Adventures” • “scroll” through the options at the top or choose “Events & Activities” or “Adventure Tickets & Passes” OPTION 2 - from the navigation • from the home page, select the drop down navigation icon in the top left corner • choose “Trip Builder” • click “Get Started” if there are no items on the list • you will be taken to the Activities & Adventures page • look through the options at the top or choose “Events & Activities” or “Adventure Tickets & Passes”

RESORT MAP how to get to and how to utilize

From the navigation • from the dashboard, select the drop down navigation icon in the top left corner • choose “Explore the Resort” • choose “Resort Map” at the top • you may be prompted to let the app use your location, choose yes • pinch the screen to zoom into specific areas around the property • tap on a location pin to see what is there • click “Learn More” for more information about that pin

MOBILE CHECK-IN/OUT

CHECK-IN • from the dashboard, select the drop down navigation icon in the top left corner • choose “Check-In & Check-Out” • choose “Check-In” • type your name, arrival date and confirmation number in the fields • choose “Go to my Reservation” CHECK-OUT • from the dashboard, select the drop down navigation icon in the top left corner • choose “Check-In & Check-Out” • choose “Check-Out” • type your name, arrival date and confirmation number in the fields • choose “Go to my Reservation”

FEEDBACK for questions and suggestions on the app

From the navigation • from the dashboard, select the drop down navigation icon in the top left corner • choose “Info & Feedback” • click ”Submit Feedback” • your email app will appear with the receiver information pre-filled out, type feedback and hit send

CAMERA share unforgettable memories

From the navigation • from the dashboard, select the drop down navigation icon in the top left corner • choose “Camera” • you may be prompted to give the app access to your camera and library, click yes • use large white circle to capture photo or choose from your library from the thumbnail in the bottom left corner • choose a filter by scrolling through our fun themed options!

Off Property – Gives you the ability to book a stay, purchase

Anything and everything Camelback is here. Info on Aquatopia,

adventure tickets on the dial selection and also see upcoming

Arcade attractions, Camelbeach and more. Plus, browse our dining

activity/featured event

options and snow conditions report.

On Property – Gives you the ability to browse dining options, purchase adventure tickets on the dial selection, see upcoming activity/featured event and speak with a service guru through zingle chat.

BOOK YOUR STAY Need a room? This is the area you want to be. Gives you the option to browse our suites or view the specials we have available.

ACTIVITIES & ADVENTURES Here you will find the featured activities/events. Or view all upcoming activities/events and also browse adventure ticket/pass options for any time frame.

CAMERA Share your experience and add a CBK filter too. Plus you could be featured on the app if you post with the hashtag #mycamelback.

PACKING CHECKLIST The list to remind you of everything. You can add in items specific for your family and also make sure you pack essentials for Camelback adventures. Like closed toe shoes to ride the Mountain Coaster.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Here is where you can take advantage of our mobile check-in/out.

You can pre-check in for your stay so you can head straight to the fun.

Check -out is done in a snap. Skip the line at the front desk and head to Aquatopia before you leave instead.

TRIP BUILDER From here you can dream the perfect day trip or stay. Add on the different activities, events and adventures you’re interested in. Then once you make your final selections purchase those adventure tickets right from the trip builder.
