From our preliminary meeting we understand that you intend to create a refurbished high-end residential interior that incorporates: Human Deliverables: This project needs to deliver the following human experiences: • We are designing the interior refurbishment based on an industrial style using high end residential materials • The design requires an expansive entertaining area with broad facilities for cooking and dining • We know we will have met the target for the interior experience if it is warm and inviting to the occupant and can comfortably entertain family and friends Practical Deliverables: This project needs to deliver the following practical deliverables: • This project needs to accommodate one occupant and a single pet. It will also need to accommodate up to 9 guests. • The following areas are required to be accommodated: • Separate lounge and dining • Separate kitchen • 2 balconies • 2 bedroom • Master Bedroom with ensuite and WIR • Guest Bedroom with ensuite • Study • Private laundry
