Though CAMS started off as a small, one-man operation, by the end of 2000 the company had guided its clients through four major hurricanes and managed approximately $100 million in storm related damages and repairs. Having jumped that hurdle, it became apparent that growth and success were on the horizon for this tenacious management company. How did CAMS achieve such growth?
