Though CAMS started off as a small, one-man operation, by the end of 2000 the company had guided its clients through four major hurricanes and managed approximately $100 million in storm related damages and repairs. Having jumped that hurdle, it became apparent that growth and success were on the horizon for this tenacious management company. How did CAMS achieve such growth? As industry leaders over the past 30 years, it became evident they were being seen by other management firms as the community management experts. Instead, they were the initial management company to help develop the Vantaca software platform that is now being utilized by 100 other management companies nationally. Vantaca & CAMS continue to work together to bring state-of-the-art technology to CAMS' clients while at the same time creating efficiencies for other management companies that utilize Vantaca.
