WHAT LED YOU TO BECOME A REALTOR? I have been in the sales industry for most of my adult life. I’ve been trained by Top Fortune 500 companies and have enjoyed success selling many of the products people have in their homes today. When the opportunity presented itself to get into Real Estate and become a REALTOR, I saw it as a way to do something more fulfilling. I love that I help people achieve the American dream of homeownership. I get to utilize my skillset of sales and negotiation to help provide the best service to meet the needs of my clients.

WHAT AWARDS HAVE YOU EARNED AS A REALTOR? I was recently awarded HOMESNAP'S top 15% Award, 2021 Top Agent Award Winner. I've also completed certification for RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) and SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosures).

WHAT ARE YOU MOST PASSIONATE ABOUT, AS A REALTOR? Relationships. In 2010 I gave my life to the Lord, and every day I work to be a better person and servant.

Helping people solve problems and achieve their goals is very important to me. Ensuring that my clients get the help they need to sell or buy a home with the least amount of stress is one of my top priorities.

WHAT DRIVES YOU TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN YOUR BUSINESS? The Lord tells us to do everything with all of our might. Building a business, I am driven to give my absolute best in each and every situation. Like all hard-working citizens, I do everything within my power to provide support for my family and put food on the table, but I also want them to be proud of the work I do every day.

WHY ARE YOU THE WHAT SETS YOU APART FROM YOUR COMPETITORS? REALTOR TO WORK WITH? I am hardworking, dedicated, and determined to get the best price, the best house, and the best help for my clients. I like to walk away knowing that they often become friends in the process because they trust what I do and are grateful for my services.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART ABOUT BEING A REALTOR? I think I have a few. Walking into a house and seeing a particular look on my client's face and knowing that it means that home is THE ONE, then having them tell you to do whatever you can to get it for them. Also, seeing the excitement and joy, my clients have at the closing table. Seeing them cry because they are so overwhelmed with joy and very thankful...that is the best feeling ever.

My persistence, patience, accountability, honesty, and integrity are the reasons why people choose me as their REALTOR. I like to think I'm the hardest working REALTOR in the business, ut many of us in the industry share that title, and that's what makes this job great. Many REALTORS are really workaholics who never put their phones down and will do whatever it takes to make sure their clients are happy and successful homeowners.

WHAT DOES BEING A REALTOR MEAN TO YOU? REALTORS are real estate professionals who uphold all ethical and professional guidelines in the process of helping people transact real estate negotiations.

That may be a textbook answer, but it truly is about making sure you are someone a client can trust to work in their best interest and make sure that they come out with a win-win situation for all parties.

My wife, kids, church & mentors have all helped to get me to where I am today.

At the end of the day, I'm just a hardworking family man that wants to help people get their dream home and begin their next journey. Seeing them happy when the transaction is complete is what brings joy to me in doing my job to the best of my abilities every day.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A REALTOR? I just celebrated my two year anniversary on June 19th.
