Laura Jones
‘I really can’t thank all the guys at Bond enough’
I’ve not had amazing experiences with estate agents before, however Bond has changed my mind again :-). I sold my house through them this year and they were absolutely amazing. The guys kept on top of everything, liaising with all parties and making sure everything kept on track. They were easy to get hold of, extremely responsive and kept me updated every step of the way - which was brilliant.
The best thing is that every single person at Bond is absolutely lovely and a pleasure to deal with. I really can’t thank all the guys at Bond enough, I won’t be using any other estate agents again!
‘I would 100% recommend Bond Residential’
Lindsay Sackett
I purposely picked Bond Residential to sell my house because unlike most estate agents they actually listened to my situation and didn’t phone me 3 times a week bugging me!
A very professional and friendly service from everyone I spoke with, always answering my questions and calling me back when needed. Thank you everyone, and a special thank you to Melvin who was an absolute legend in my opinion and went above and beyond to get me where I needed to be!
Bond have been fantastic throughout the whole process of selling our home. We would highly recommend using Bond to act as agents for your sale. Selling a home can be very stressful but thanks to Steve and Melvin, who we dealt with throughout the process, we felt that we were in good hands. Professional, very experienced and above all, first class communication. We would like to thank Bond for their five star service. Our sale had lots of ups and downs, and that’s when you realise how important a good agent is!

We use the latest technology and data to provide you with an accurate appraisal of the value of your home. Our market appraisal reports look at the key information about your home that buyers consider such as the square footage, plot size, broadband speeds, council tax charges and planning history. We also look at local house prices for sold, under offer and for sale properties as well as house price trends since you purchased your home.
Presentation Of Your Home
Nowadays, with so many potential purchasers searching for their next home online it has never been more important to make sure your home is presented in the best possible way, that is why we use professional quality photography, detailed floorplans and an informative key facts for buyers report detailing information on local schools, transport links and general area guide.
Our Six Week Marketing Plan
We believe it’s important to put a marketing plan in place for when we launch your home and that’s why we have our six week plan which includes; featuring your home as a premium listing and a featured property on the various property websites we utilise as well as regular marketing mail outs via email and SMS. We also schedule a marketing meeting with you after the initial 6 weeks to review the response your home is receiving, that’s if we haven’t already sold it for you!

Why we are supporting local charity, Kids Inspire .
In January 2020 Bond Residential teamed up with Kids Inspire as part of our 10 year anniversary following 10 years of helping our local community with all of their property needs.
As a local business, we have a responsibility to the community in which we operate and one of the most enjoyable parts of our job is meeting our neighbours and getting involved with local events, businesses, and charities. On our 10th birthday, we wanted to celebrate by giving back.
So we decided to support ‘Kids Inspire’: a local charity which stole our hearts with their compassion and help to those in need. Two years on we are proud to see the amazing work they carry out and how our donations are helping.
What do ‘Kids Inspire’ do?
The Essex-based charity supports children and young people recovering from traumatic experiences or dealing with emerging mental health difficulties. Psychological and behavioural issues can often arise from underlying trauma - which could be anything from family breakdown or conflict, bereavement, abuse or emerging mental health issues.
With each child they meet, they look and listen to how their past affects their present, reviewing closely the whole system revolving around them – school, family, peers, and more. Alongside that, they look at negative childhood experiences to make their practice trauma informed, addressing the causes rather than the symptoms.
Their overall aim is to make a positive difference to young lives by shaping their futures. Through proactive listening and therapeutic practice, they promote self-resilience, greater self-awareness, and relationship building to empower more positive life choices.
How will Bond Residential help in 2024?
We have successfully raised £9,000 for Kids Inspire since we started supporting them in 2020 and our aim is to continue to help contribute to the excellent work they are doing and we will make a donation to Kids Inspire for every home we sell in 2024 across the company!
As well as this, all of Bond Residential staff will be given paid time off work to take part in a volunteering day so they can also experience what an amazing charity this is. They will be giving the opportunity to take part in one of the following events:
• Taking part in a Kids club for 3 hours joining in with painting, acting and outside play.
• Gardening & general maintenance of the Kids Inspire offices and gardens.
• Christmas collection including wrapping presents and preparing food hampers for under privileged children.
This means whenever you are supporting us by using your local estate agents, you are also supporting local, vulnerable children in need. Throughout 2023, we will keep you updated on the money donated, so you know what an impact we’ve made together.
We’re proud to have serviced the local community in all of their buying, selling, renting, and letting needs, and it feels fantastic to be able to give some of that back locally.
How can you help further?
Any contribution you can make – no matter how small – is gratefully received. Kids Inspire’s mission is for all Essex children affected by trauma or emerging mental health difficulties, to receive specialist support to become healthy adults who lead full and fulfilling lives. By supporting Kids Inspire you are helping us on this mission.
