An uncontested divorce is said to be possible if the divorcing parties agree on all issues. The spokesperson further stated that an uncontested divorce required an amicable end to the marriage relationship where both parties could come to an agreement in writing, sign it and attend a hearing before a judge whereby their divorce is finalized.
