widow of Herbert E. Weyler, a lumberman who was mayot' of Santa Barbara f.rom 194/-49, was killed November 3 when her car went out of control near Cambria. She leaves a son, three daughters and 14 grandchildren . Funeral services for Tavner Bernard Stewart, 77, rcsident 30 years who retired in 1943 as a building contractor, were conducted October 23. A native of Missouri, he lived at 236 E. llfth St., Los Angeles. He was a nephew of Mark Twain and an authority on the writings of the famous author, who was a brother of Mr. Stewart's mother, Nancy Clemens Stewart . . . Bengt M. Sebelius, 86, retired building contractor and resident of Los Angeles for 68 years, died October 31 . . Hugh Floyd Johnston, 68, Montebello city building inspector and former contractor, died October 26.
