Housing Teom "of Spcnish Builders To lour Arizons, Golifornio

A housing team of 12 Spanish architects, educators, engineers and utility specialists has arrived in Washington for a 6-weeks' study tour of housing in the United States, sponsored by the International Cooperation Administration under a program planned by the Housing and Home Finance Agency's International Housing Service.

Following the Washington phase of the program which will include sessions with Federal and other housing specialists, the team will meet with installation experts, educators and architects in seven states. Visits have been scheduled for San Manuel and Phoenix, Ariz.; San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley and Hayward, Calif.; Denver and Colorado Springs, Colo. The tour will end on November 8. i

Members of the study group are Ramon Diaz Alvarez, Antonio Gurrea-Nozaleda y Asensio, Ricardo Magdalena Gayan, Antolin Martinez Fernandez, Mariano Rodriquez- Avial Azcunaga, Jose Maria Ruiz Aizpiri and Antonio Vega del Barco of Madrid; Joaquin Amigo Miro, Jorge Figueras Anmella and Alberto Sotos Vallverdu of Barcelona; Jose Garcia Ros of Zaragosa, and Vicente Traver Gonzalez-Espresati of Castellon de la Plana.

Fiddes-Moore and Company, subsidiary of Evans Products Company of Plymouth, Mich., is increasing the size of its Plywall plant at Corona, Calif., and is adding more production equipment at its Plywall plant at Fort Wayne, Ind. While the new machinery is being set up at Fort Wayne, work on the addition at Corona is well underway. L. M. Flahive, general manager of Plywall Products, has moved his offices from Fort Wayne to Corona, where he iwill now devote all his time to management of the Plywall operation.
